Do you remember President Trump was saying that there are thousands of illegal-aliens, patients of psychiatric clinics, and recidivist-criminals walking along our streets? I bet, you took his statement as a theory, far away from everyday practice of your life, didn’t you? Also did I until the illegal-aliens and coyote-lawyers hurt my family and loved ones. My kids and I are their victims. You are their victim as well. The criminals damaged unique CBRNE security laboratory, which is of paramount importance for your safety. Thus, you are reading about the theory, which has reduced down to a very sad practice. I have crystal-clear knowledge about two illegal-aliens, recidivist-murderers, patients of psychiatric clinics, who not only attempted to murder me, but also after my survival committed RICO crimes to plunder $400,000 of my personal assets. Their crimes severely damaged you and the U.S. National CBRNE Security – they destroyed unique CBRNE security laboratory , TIRF Labs, which imposed the imminent risks of death and injuries onto you and hundred millions of Americans. Recent killing of Iryna Zarutsky in Charlotte, North Carolina, exposed the bitter truth about North Carolina law enforcement agencies, corrupt judges at NC State and federal levels. They serve to criminals at the expense of innocent citizens. In the case of Iryna Zarutsky, the murderer, Decarlos Brown Jr., had previously been arrested 14 times before being arrested and charged with murder. It is difficult to imagine that this is happening in the USA rather than a banana republic, but the “horrific murder is a direct result of failed soft-on-crimes policies [in North Carolina] that put criminals before innocent people.” Judge Teresa Stokes committed crime – released the recidivist criminal to the streets. Why judge Stokes is not fired from her position and not imprisoned for her negligence(?), which, in fact, is service to criminals, rather than the rule of law.

I, Dr. Alexander Asanov, my sons, Daniel Asanov, Nicolas Asanov, and my step-daughter, Anastasia Kravets, are victims of Kids-For-Cash-NC, RICO, attempted-murders, plundering, extortion, malicious prosecution, white-collar crimes, and other crimes committed in Wake County, North Carolina. These crimes, including attempted-murders, extortion, malicious prosecution, white-collar crimes, plundering $400,000 from me, and devastation of CBRNE security laboratory were committed by a gang of exceptionally-well organized criminals, which consisted of notorious corrupt traitor judges Ratledge, Young, and Bell, Wake County, North Carolina, federal traitor-judge Richard Myers, ED North Carolina, coyote lawyers Belinda Sukeena, Tanya Plekan, Daniel Krchnavek, Jonathan Richardson, and illegal aliens – Olga Petrova-Asanov and Olena Kravets, both – recidivist-murderers, both patients of psychiatric clinics. My son Nicolas Asanov survived 2 attempts to kill him, I survived 3 attempts to murder me.
In 2019-2020, the organized criminal group attempted to kill me twice, in order to seize my property in its entirety, including my single family house at 106 Grendon Place, Cary, NC. I bought this house in 2008, four years before my marriage with the recidivist-murderer Olena Kravets. Naturally, in 2012 I did not know that Ms. Kravets murdered her prior husband, Volodimir Kravets. I did not know that she was a patient of a psychiatric clinic in Ukraine. Ms. Kravets survived very bad motorcycle accident, which left her with severe damages to her brain. Ms. Kravets committed felonies of deceiving USA government to invade into this country illegally. I did not know about her crimes and brain damages. She did not disclose it neither to USA government, ot to me. Our marriage with Olena Kravets ended in May 2020, after her desperate second attempt to murder me failed. I survived her May-2020 attempt to kill me. Ms. Kravets moved out of my house, upon advice and criminal conspiracy with the rest of the criminal gang, including coyote lawyers Tanya Plekan, Daniel Krchnavek, Belinda Sukeena and illegal-alien recidivist-murderer Olga Petrova-Asanov. In the period of our marriage with Ms. Kravets, May 2012- May 2020, the equity of my house increased only for $22,000. Only those $22,000 were the marital assets and the subject to 50:50 split. There was marital debt to be split, but the gang did not want to take it into account. According to the law of North Carolina only assets acquired during the marriage, neither Before, nor After, are the subject for equitable distribution. Respectively, the debt acquired during marriage is also the subject to split 50:50.
On May 24, 2020, after Honorable Judge Ashleigh Dunston dismissed fraudulent charges in domestic violence pressed against me by the recidivist-murderer, after her malicious prosecution scheme stumbled, the recidivist-murderer, Ms. Kravets, voluntarily moved out, after I survived her attempt to murder me. In 2020-2024, after our separation with Ms. Kravets, the equity of my house increased by $380,000 or more. Remarkably, on May 24, 2020, Ms. Kravets voluntarily, on her own initiative, without my request, moved out from my house. Ms.Kravets moved out and also cancelled the electrical power supply to 106 Grendon Place, Cary, which account was under her name only. Ms. Kravets intimately knew that electrical power outage will severely damage my unique CBRNE security laboratory with extremely expensive unique biological materials in the freezer. But Ms. Kravets pursued the purpose to damage me and the USA National CBRNE Security as much as possible, your and your loved-ones security.
By May 2020 Ms. Kravets submitted herself under the other recidivist-murderer, Olga Petrova-Asanov, and under coyote-lawyers Belinda Sukeena, Tanya Plekan, and Daniel Krchnavek. In April-May 2020 I suspected, but did not know that Ms. Kravets contracted multiple myeloma blood cancer. By April-May 2020 the cancer metastasis damaged her brain. In January-April 2020, Ms. Kravets committed violent attacks out of the blue, but was apologetic and agreed to undergo medical diagnostics in Johns Hopkins University appointed on May 5, 2020. The coyote lawyers Plekan and Krchnavek knew about her brain damage by cancer, but instead of facilitating medical help to their terminally-sick client, the coyote lawyers Plekan and Krchnavek chose to scavenge on their victim, similar to looting and scavenging on a roadkill. It was their professional obligation as lawyers to facilitate medical help to their client and protect her minor (minor in 2020) child Anastasia Kravets. However, for coyote-lawyers, for traitor-judges and the other recidivist-murderer, illegal alien Olga Petrova-Asanov, my personal property, which I have acquired AFTER my marriage with Ms. Kravets, ~$400,000 was the main goal of their crimes – to plunder and steal my assets. They did not care about breaking the law, about damaging the USA national security, about imposing the imminent risks of death and injuries onto you and other Americans. They wanted ONLY my assets that I acquired after my marriage. They did not want to split ~$97,700 of my debt, which I got after May 2020, to recover from the injuries and health problems caused by their crimes. The main increase in equity of my house took place AFTER my marriage – it was NOT a subject to split, it was Not marital property. Again, they did not want to split ~$97,700 of my debt, which I acquired after May 2020. The criminals wanted selectively my personal assets only, assets that I acquired AFTER my marriage with Ms. Kravets ended. The criminal gang knew that they were committing crimes, but they knowingly and willingly chose to commit these crimes. At the bottom line – the traitor-judges and coyote-lawyers enforced the crime – rewarded the recidivist-murderer illegal-alien Olena Kravets for her felony crimes of attempted-murder and fr damaging the USA National CBRNE Security. The traitor-judges and coyote-lawyers, as we know very well, serve the industry of crimes. In 2025 DOGE estimated that the flywheel of crimes amounts $5 Trillions out of $30 Trillions USD total American GDP.
In 2008 or about, back in Ukraine, the recidivist-murderer Olena Kravets hired a trigger to kill her second husband, Mr. Volodimir Kravets, to seize his property. I did not know about her crimes in 2012, when we married. I found out about her crime on October 30, 2020, when I traveled to Ukraine. Because I survived her attempt to murder me, in May 2020 Ms. Olena Kravets conspired with coyote lawyers Plekan and Krchnavek, corrupt judges Bell, Young, and Ratledge, and illegal alien Olga Petrova-Asanov to commit crimes of plundering from me ~$400,000 of my personal assets. In 2020-2022 I borrowed ~$97,700 to recover after her attempts to murder me, which severely injured my health. Olena and her criminal gang, however, did not want to share my debt. They committed crimes to plunder only my post-marital assets ~$400,000; they did not want to steal my debt acquired in the same period of time. These and other evidence of their crimes overwhelmingly documented in Wake County court files and FBI documents. There are numerous witnesses and other victims of similar crimes. Case Number 21CVD3500 in Wake County Courts and related cases, including my appeals, provide crystal-clear evidence of their crimes. FBI agent AJ Maurer involved two judges of integrity, Honorable Ashleigh Dunston and Honorable Vartan Davidian. These Honorable Judges of Integrity dismissed fraudulent malicious prosecution that the recidivist-murderer Olena Kravets and her gang pressed against me. I am grateful to FBI Agent AJ Maurer for his help. In 2020-2024, however, the FBI was too busy raiding Melania’s boudoirs and covering numerous crimes of Hunter. The FBI failed to do their job – to stop and investigate the Kids-For-Cash-NC, RICO, attempted-murder and plundering crimes committed in the civil branch of Wake County courts. In similar situation in Pennsylvania it took 9 years and thousands of children sold to slavery, before the FBI investigated and imprisoned traitor judges Ciavarella and Conahan.
Illegal-alien recidivist-murderer Olena Kravets damaged U.S. National CBRNE Security and imposed the imminent risks of death and injuries onto hundreds millions of Americans. A “side effect” of the Kids-For-Cash-NC, RICO, attempted-murder and plundering crimes was the devastation of my CBRNE facility – TIRF Labs, which was housed at 106 Grendon Place, Cary. It took 25 years of hard work of a team of brilliant scientists and talented engineers to build this unique laboratory. It took only 2 days of crimes committed by Olena and the gang to destroy the lab. The criminals acted as a bull in China shop, devastated i-Diagnostics and TIRF Analytix technologies. Anti-American traitors judges Bell, Young, and Ratledge precisely knew that they were committing crimes, that they were covering anti-American felony crimes that imposed the imminent risks of death and injuries onto hundreds millions of Americans. However, driven by their pathological greed and their favorite RICO, Kids-For-Cash-NC, attempted-murder, and plundering criminal schemes, they knowingly and willingly committed their crimes, committed them in collusion with the criminal gang, crimes that injured hundreds millions of Americans. By 2025, however, parasitizing and criminal cohorts became too heavy burdens to America. In November 2024, we, The People of the USA, gave our overwhelming mandate to President Trump to drain the swamp of corrupt deep state, to cleanse the Augean Stables of the industry of crimes. In 2025 DOGE estimated that the industry of crimes amounts ~$4.7 TRILLION. American fake-news outlets are shy to report, but UK-based agency Reuters showed that ~7,000 corrupt American judges and ~380,000 coyote lawyers serve to ~7 million felons to rotate together the $4.7 Trillion flywheel of crimes. These numbers of corrupt judicial officers and coyote-lawyers, who serve criminals, oppose to ~31,000 judges of integrity, ~1,100,000 honest lawyers and ~330 million of righteous USA citizens. Judges of integrity, honest lawyers and we, The People, are vitally interested in returning the rule of law to American soil.
What can we do to help President Trump, USA AG Pamela Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel to drain the swamp of corrupt deep state? At minimum, we could and we should sue corrupt judges and coyote-lawyers in civil class actions and demand that they pay compensatory and punitive damages. Use my lawsuits mentioned below as templates. One more mechanism – we can demand withdrawal of our taxpayer’s funding for salaries of corrupt judges such as Boasberg. This mentally-impaired judge abused the due process right for American citizens, but wants to give full-scale due process (costs minimum ~$20,000) to every of 26 million of illegal aliens, who committed crimes to invade into the U.S. Boasberg criminal intention desires that we, U.S. taxpayers, pay $52 Billion for deportation of illegal aliens. Let us deprive the salary from such mentally-disabled judges and have them to compensate us for the damages caused by their crimes.
On Jan 15, 2025, then incoming U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi stated at her Senate confirmation hearing: “… two-thirds of Americans have lost faith in the Department of Justice, and …I believe, …. people continue to lose faith.” Overproduction of elites, corruption of governments, degradation of morality, crazy sinecures for Obama et alter, freebies, loss of common sense are typical symptoms of the terminal phase of cliodynamic cycle where empires collapse. FBI Director Patel listed in his book “Government Gangsters” 60 corrupt felons from the top executive branch of the deep state. These 60 are just the very top of the iceberg. As mentioned, back in history the terminal phase frequently resulted in civil wars or violent riots. Peaceful resolution of the crisis was rather an exception from the rule. But it was possible in El Salvador, Brazil, and is ongoing in Argentina. It is a challenging tasks of cleansing the U.S. from banana-republic corruption, deporting ~26 millions of illegals, who turned America into a criminal nightmare. We must restore the rule of law. It is difficult, but doable task.

U.S. domestic fake-news outlets are shy to report about crimes committed by corrupt judges, but UK-based Reuters reports that “Thousands of U.S. judges who broke laws or oaths remained on the bench“. Approximately ~7,000 American judges have committed felony crimes and must be imprisoned for decades. But they remain on the bench.
In addition to corrupt judges there is an army of coyote-lawyers, ~380 thousands of them out of 1.4 million of lawyers in the USA. Coyote-lawyers, who broke the law, must be imprisoned as well. This is a large army of corrupt judges and coyote-lawyers, which serves illegal aliens and domestic felons. There are 346 million citizens in the USA; ~16 millions of them committed felony crimes. In 2020 I estimated that the criminal cohorts drove ~$400 Billion industry of crimes. In 2025, however, DOGE estimated that the industry of crimes amounts ~$4.7 Trillion in the USA.
Such accumulation of criminal and parasitizing cohorts, aka “deep state swamp” is typical for the terminal phase of cliodynamic cycle. Back in history crises of terminal phase often caused violent riots or civil wars; peaceful resolutions were seldom. On November 5, 2024, we, The People, gave mandate to the President Trump to resolve the crisis as peacefully as possible. However, the industry of crimes is gigantic; they will resist as crazy. If we want better future for our children, we have to come out and help to cleanse the USA from corruption. Currently, in 2025, corrupt judges serve to ~26 million of illegal aliens and U.S. domestic felons. Look carefully at their criminal claims. If each of illegal aliens, who committed crimes to invade into this country, will be (at US taxpayers expense) given the procedure of “due process” in U.S. courts to process their deportation, it will totally clog American legal system and eventually bankrupt the USA. I believe that it is time to fight against corruption in US judiciary, regardless of our professions. We must break the gatekeepers of the closed club of US judiciary to return justice to America. We should help President Trump to drain the swamp. Join me to fight against judicial corruption in the U.S., to fight for Justice, to return the rule of law to America. The time has come to act passionately. I am leading a civil class action case (No. 5:24-CV-00514-FL) to hold corrupt judge Merchan, NYC, accountable for his criminal actions that have eroded trust in American judicial system, in the U.S. and worldwide. This action will initiate IMPEACHMENT of all corrupt judges. Again, ~7,000 judges have committed felony crimes at the bench. We must impeach all of them. We cannot stay indifferent anymore behind the excuse “I am not a lawyer”. They have severely injured our lives and will ruin the future of our children, if we stay indifferent. We cannot afford to stay silent anymore. It is time to act jointly to eradicate corruption from the “closed club” of corrupt-judiciary and coyote-lawyers in America. This “closed club” has been dominated by small cohort of corrupt judges and coyote-lawyers. The majority of lawyers and judges are honest and fair. They are at our side; they are vitally interested in cleansing the Augean stables of corruption. They, judges of integrity and honest lawyers must dominate, and we are here to help.
There are sufficient number of cohorts of patriotic, righteous, insightful individuals in all parts of elites, including lawyers and judges, senators and congressmen, scientists and financial leaders. On the other hand, there is an army of corrupt judges (~7,000) and coyote-lawyers (~380,000) who have created the flywheel of crimes and are parasitizing on ~16 millions of felons and ~$4.7 Trillion criminal industry. They will not give up their criminal income without fight. Have no illusions. They have attempted to assassinate The President Trump at least 3 times. They have abused numerous criminal and civil lawfare actions against cleansing of the $4.7 Trillion criminal industry.
We should consolidate our efforts at the grass root level to assist The President Trump and his team to restore the rule of law and create a brighter future for generations to come. Again, I am a scientist, not a lawyer. It was difficult to me to file a civil lawsuit in U.S. Federal Court. After July 13, 2024, the first assassination attempt on President Trump, I worked hard after hours to prepare the lawsuit. Several lawyers did not want to help me. During ~8 weeks my wife saw just my back at the computer. On September 6, 2024, I filed the lawsuit No. 5:24-cv-00514-FL. But it was only the beginning of the fight. Mr. Merchan sabotaged serving of the summons upon him in New York City. Three private investigators failed to serve.
After I filed the civil action, on November 5, 2024, we, The People of the USA, gave overwhelming mandate to President Trump to MAGA and MAHA, to cleanse this country from corruption, and to return the rule of law to American soil. President Trump risked his life and inspired hundreds millions of Americans and maybe billions worldwide to restore the rule of law not only in the USA, but all around the globe. While our President Trump works tirelessly to lead the nation, he needs our support at the grassroots level to ensure the lasting change. We must start from judiciary. Corruption in American judiciary imposes existential threats onto the core values that bind us as a nation.
I filed this civil action in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina to demand accountability and justice. It is crystal clear to the entire world that Mr. Merchan and other bad actors abused the lawfare to commit their anti-American crimes. Our civil claim seeks monetary compensation of ~$2.2 million in damages. However, this campaign is about much more than money. It’s about ending the culture of corruption that endangers the dreams of hardworking Americans like you.
For months, my efforts to serve the summons upon judge Merchan were obstructed, delaying the case and testing our resolve. On December 17, 2024, the NYC Sheriff successfully served the summons, marking a significant milestone in this journey. Thank you Sheriff! However, the fight is far from over. The federal court bends its rules to cover the crimes of their comrade Merchan. The road ahead involves investigations, legal representation, and appeals to higher courts to ensure justice is served. Certainly, judges should be difficult to remove regardless their ruling on the bench. But if they committed felony crimes under the color of justice, they must be imprisoned for maximal penalties prescribed by law. We are committed to standing up to their corruption because our children deserve a nation where fairness prevails. This is a pivotal moment, and your support will make a difference.
The paradox of the U.S. judiciary is that judges of integrity are truly independent; they rule independently in accordance with the law and Constitution. They do not cooperate with other judges and lawyers. And they represent majority of U.S. judiciary. However, the minor cohort of corrupt judges closely cooperate with each other and other bad actors of the industry of crimes. They cooperate over the districts, over the state lines and over the federal levels of district courts and courts of appeal.
Not surprisingly, corrupt judges of U.S. Federal court for North Carolina cooperate with their corrupt comrades from NC state courts and the state court of the state of New York. On May 27, 2025, corrupt United States District Judge Flanagan of U.S. Federal Court for Eastern North Carolina committed crimes of covering crimes of her corrupt comrade Merchan – she dismissed the civil actions, committed a series of crimes at the bench. I have filed an Appeal No. 25-1711, 5:24-cv-00514-FL-KS.

President Trump needs our CONTINUING support to cleanse this country from corruption. The swamp of banana-republic corruption is deep and won’t drain itself. In fact, we can do a lot. We should assist to Trump’s administration to cleanse the American judiciary from corrupt judges and coyote lawyers. Specifically, in addition to criminal prosecution of corrupt judges and coyote-lawyers by law enforcement agencies, we have to sue them in civil actions for compensatory and punitive damages – for money, which they owe to us.
I am asking you to join the civil class action case No. 5:24-cv-00514-FL against notorious corrupt judge Merchan, NYC, join in the capacity of Plaintiff. Formally, this civil action seeks monetary compensation for damages ~$2.2 M. But its goal is much larger – to cleanse the entire U.S. judiciary from banana-republic corruption and restore the rule of law in this country.

On Sep 06, 2024, I filed this civil action to The U.S. District Court for Eastern District of North Carolina. During 3 months corrupt judge Merchan sabotaged the service of summons upon him. Three private investigators failed to find him. On 12-17-2024, however, the NYC Sheriff successfully served the summons. Thank you, Sheriff. Now, this civil action is fully functional. I plan to publish it at a crowdfunding platform, circulate in social networks, and seek representation by a professional attorney.
